To add people to an Community in Blackboard.
- under “Course management” click on "users and groups"
- Select users
- Then click on "Enroll users" above the list
- Search for the name of the person you are adding.
- Click Go
- Select the person's checkbox(es)
- Click Submit
- Choose the Role for the user(s)
- Click Submit again
