Follow the instructions there to reset your password, if that doesn't work for you, give us a call at (716) 880-2282 and we can reset your password over the phone. I am locked out of my account, how do I get it unlocked? Your account gets locked if there are too many failed attempts to log in. It will unlock itself by itself after a while or you can give us a call at (716) 880-2282 to unlock it. How do I reserve Audio/Visual equipment? I get a blank screen in MedailleOne and none of the links work, how do I fix this? This problem is usually due to a program called Norton Internet Security that is blocking some parts of MedailleOne. To fix this, just disable Norton Internet Security while you are using MedailleOne. You can do this by clicking on the View menu option in Internet Explorer, then clicking on Toolbars, then making sure that Norton Internet Security does not have a check next to it. You can also disable Norton Internet Security by right clicking on the icon for it on the bottom right of your screen and selecting Disable. |
