Login thru the Medaille home page, the Faculty/Staff Email link at the bottom of the page. (www.medaille.edu).
Be sure to use your login in the form of an email. Example: firstname.lastname@example.org
At the lower left there is a button (or link) that says ‘Go To Rules’, click on that.
Click the button for ‘New Rule’
Name the new rule ‘Forward All’
Leave all fields blank until you get to the bottom,
Click the circle for ‘Forward it to’ and fill in the blank with the destination email address.
Under that box there is another small box that you can decide whether you want to save a copy of the email in your Medaille inbox. Uncheck that.
Click the ‘Save and close button at the top left.
Then click ‘Save and close again on the rules page.
This will take you back to your inbox, and your email will be forwarded.
