If you are having problems viewing your electronic bill, the problem is usually one of 2 things:
1. Pop up blockers.
User needs to allow pop ups from that site.
2. Internet Explorer 8 is not compatible with the E-Bill software.
If you are using Internet Explorer 8 the following steps can be taken to allow the e-bills.
Click on Tools menu
Select Compatibility View Settings.
In the “Compatibility View Settings” dialog, tick the check box for Display all websites in Compatibility View option.
Click on Close button when done. User will need to close the Internet session and re-open a new Internet Explorer.
